Indian Draping Company reserves the right to extend order processing and dispatch timelines during periods of:

- Staff shortages;
- High order volumes;
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events;
- Public holidays, transport disruptions, or courier network delays;
- Any unforeseen operational circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company.
During such circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend up to 15 business days or more, depending on the nature and severity of the situation.
By placing an order, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that such delays may occur and shall not constitute a breach of contract by Indian Draping Company.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier performance, weather conditions, government regulations, or other external factors.
Indian Draping Company shall not be held responsible for delays occurring after the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
